Sensitive Data. Sensitive Data, as defined by certain state privacy laws, includes precise geolocation information. For the purposes of serving you relevant advertisements based on your location, we collect geolocation information to perform geofencing. We will not collect this information from residents of Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia without first obtaining consent. We will not collect this information from Utah residents without first presenting them with clear notice and an opportunity to opt out of the processing.

Our Loyalty Program. We offer our King’s Firearms Loyalty Rewards Program (“Loyalty Program”) to customers of Kings. When you use our Loyalty Program, you will earn one point for each dollar you spend online or in stores. You may also receive special offers, discounts, and gift card rewards. Please note that if you exercise your Right of Deletion, we will not be able to provide these benefits because we will not be able to track them without your account information. In the course of providing our Loyalty Program, we will collect Analytics Information, Commercial History, and Contact Information. This information may be processed for the purposes of targeted advertising. We do not share this information with third parties as defined by the Colorado Privacy Act.
We offer various benefits, such as price discounts, coupons, and services, to members of our loyalty programs. Depending on how consumers engage with us upon opting into these programs, they may provide us with different categories of CA Personal Information. Participation in our programs is entirely optional, and consumers can opt-out at any time. Specific program details are outlined in the respective program offerings.
These programs are designed to enrich our relationship with you, enabling you to enjoy more of our products and services at reduced prices. Our commitment to marketing and brand development allows us to provide these programs to our customers. The value of consumer data to our business increases when combined with other data and enhanced through our privacy policy efforts.
The significance of individual consumer data to our business is influenced by various factors, such as participation levels and data enhancement efforts outlined in our privacy policy. While we don't quantify consumer data's value in accounting statements, we estimate its importance in good faith for California residents.
